Quadrennial Ethics
The National Association of REALTORS® requires that ALL members (this includes appraisers) take a minimum of 2.5 hours of ethics training every four years. The third quadrennial cycle began January 1, 2009. Members should take an ethics course sometime between now and December 31, 2012.
