Wyoming Living Net Information

The Wyoming Living Net is one of the many benefits offered to you as a WAR member. All active members of WAR can be found on this site. To search for yourself or any WAR member:

  • Click on Consumers
  • Click on "Find A REALTOR®"
  • Enter the name in the Search by Name fields
  • Set the criteria either to all/all or scroll down and click on your city and leave the specialty set at all
  • The name should appear with your office, phone number and address
  • You will not be able to find yourself in any specialty unless you have updated your personal profile and indicated what areas you specialize in. WAR does not have records of what areas each REALTOR® specializes in, and therefore cannot upload this information to the Wyoming Living Net

To update your personal profile:

  • Call the Technology hotline at 1-888-804-8223 to obtain a password
  • Once you have your password, you can click on your name (you'll notice when you searched for yourself that your name was hyperlinked to a personal page that has nothing but your office information.)
  • Once you have access to update your personal profile, you can write about yourself and what you do, choose your specialties, etc.
  • Now when you search for yourself choosing a specialty, you will come up.

Here is more information you should have about the Wyoming Living Net:

  1. For questions about the Wyoming Living Net:
    • Call the Technology Hotline at 1-888-804-8223
  2. What can I update?
    • Members may change their address, phone numbers and/or email addresses on their link.
      • Caution: Once you take responsibility to change your own information, you must maintain it. WAR's weekly updates will not overwrite your changes.
  3. What can I NOT change?
    • Members cannot change their company name or the names of agents associated with their office. These changes come through WAR's weekly uploads.
  4. How can I be sure my information is correct?
    • Members must keep their information up to date with their local board. The local board will make changes to their NRDS records, which will download into Rapattoni, and in turn upload to the Wyoming Living Net when the weekly upload is processed.
    • Members can update their own information. The first time they update their own information, they should call the Technology Hotline for directions.
  5. How long do updates take?
    • Members, who want their information updated immediately, should take responsibility to make their own changes, remembering that once they take that responsibility, it's theirs forever. Updates occur within seconds. Members should still update their information with their local board regardless of whether or not they update their own Wyoming Living Net link.
    • Members who do not wish to do their own updates will simply update their information with their local board any time they have a change. The local board will update their NRDS record which will download into the WAR database and from there upload to the Wyoming Living Net. This process may take as much as two weeks, depending on when the information is first entered. Uploads to the Wyoming Living Net occur each Wednesday.
  6. How do I know if someone has updated our site in the past?
    • If information is incorrect on your site:
      • Have you updated your information with your local board?
      • If you have, check your site again after the next upload (Uploads are done every Wednesday). If your information is still inaccurate, you should assume someone in your office has updated the site in the past, and you will need to maintain it.
      • If your information is correct after the next upload, then WAR's updates are effective and you can continue to allow the WAR office to update your information through weekly uploads.
