Affiliate Membership
Affiliate Membership is for businesses with an interest in real estate who want to enhance the industry for REALTORS® by providing different services and venues (banks, title companies, mortgage companies, construction companies, home improvement companies, etc.).
In-State: Businesses located within Wyoming must join through a local board. Please click on the Local Board Offices link to find a board in your area.
Out-of-State: Businesses located out of state may join WAR as a State Affiliate. The annual membership fee is $50. You may download an application form.
Affiliate member benefits at the state level include:
- The opportunity to advertise on this website
- The opportunity to advertise in the Wyoming REALTOR®, published three times per year
- Inclusion in the list of affiliates located on the website to further put your name in front of REALTORS® and the public
- The opportunity to sponsor and/or exhibit at WAR’s annual convention
