Cast Your Vote at Convention:
The Board of Directors/Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 11, 2008, 1-3:30pm at the Parkway Plaza in Casper. Voting will take place at 1pm. Click here to find out what is on the ballot.

Edgeworth Receives Award:

Jim Edgeworth of The Edgeworth Real Estate Firm in Casper recently received recognition for his outstanding service to the real estate industry through his service with the Wyoming Real Estate Commission. WAR’s immediate past president, John Gibbs, presented the award to Edgeworth at the June 5, 2008 Executive Committee Meeting in Casper.

 

Unable to Run Realfast on your Mac?
The desktop version of Realfast is not compatible with Macs, but one of our members shared her remedy for this problem. Mac users can purchase a program called Parallels that enables users to run PC software. Read more...

Realfast2Go Available Online:
The Realfast Online program has been replaced with Realfast2Go. To enter this program, scroll to Realfast Forms on this site and click on Realfast Forms Online. Enter your username and password for WAR Members’ Only. The first time you log on you will use your full email address as the username and realfast as the password. You will immediately be prompted to set a new password. You may also access the program from realfast.com.

Fulfill Quadrennial Ethics Requirement by 12/31/08:
All REALTORS® must have completed a minimum of 2.5 hours of Ethics by December 31, 2008 or face membership suspension. NAR offers a 2.5-hour class online at www.realtor.org, or you may take a 6-hour class at a location near you. Choose Registration Form to print the form and fax or mail it back to the WAR office with your deposit, or go to Online Registration to save time by registering with just a few clicks of the mouse. NOTE: your local board may have requirements in addition to the NAR requirement. If you are not sure if you have met both national and local requirements, contact your local board.
